Magmar (Pokemon 20th Anniversary series)

Back in GSC, I remember I had a Magmar from the Burnt Tower that would just rek everything. He ended up being super overleveled, even more so than my starter, because at that point in the game a good fire type was pretty useful, especially against Jasmine.
